艾灸联合耳穴埋豆在肛肠术后护理中对预防患者尿潴留的价值

摘　　要：目的 在肛肠术后护理工作中为患者提供艾灸联合耳穴埋豆对预防其发生尿潴留的作用。方法 观察2019年2月至2021年8月医院肛肠外科收治60例肛肠术住院患者临床资料,使用随机抽签法将其分为联合组与参照组,联合组给予艾灸联合耳穴埋豆干预,参照组给予常规干预。评估两组术后排尿情况、护理舒适度及尿潴留发生率。结果 联合组排尿积分低于参照组(t=8.054,P <0.001);联合组利用Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分高于参照组(t=4.208,P <0.001);联合组尿潴留发生率(6.67%)较参照组尿潴留发生率(26.67%)低(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。结论 艾灸联合耳穴埋豆应用于肛肠术后护理中效果理想,能够有效改善患者排尿情况,提升其舒适度,有效预防患者术后尿潴留发生。Objective To provide patients with the effect of moxibustion combined with ear acupoint burying beans on preventing urinary retention in patients after anorectal surgery. Methods From February 2019 to August 2021, the clinical data of 60 inpatients with anorectal surgery in the hospital’s anorectal surgery were observed, and they were divided into a combination group and a reference group by random drawing. The reference group was given routine intervention. Postoperative urination, nursing comfort and the incidence of urinary retention in the two groups were evaluated. Results The voiding score of the combined group was lower than that of the reference group(t=8.054, P<0.001);the Kolcaba comfort scale score of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group(t=4.208, P<0.001);the incidence of urinary retention in the combined group(6.67%) was lower than that of the reference group(26.67%)(χ^(2)=4.320, P=0.038). Conclusion The effect of moxibustion combined with ear acupoint burying beans in nursing after anorectal surgery is ideal, which can effectively improve the urination of patients, enhance their comfort, and effectively prevent postoperative urinary retention.
