摘　　要：目的调查苏南地区体校学生足部皮肤病患病情况,并提出相应的防治对策。方法采取随机抽样调查法,选取苏南地区某体校学生230名,采用问卷调查的方式对成员内部影响、体质、季节、饮食、穿配鞋袜、高强度训练、训练环境、个人生活卫生习惯等信息进行调查,通过二元Logistic回归分析调查足部皮肤病发生的影响因素。结果回收有效问卷215份,215例足部皮肤病构成比排名前3位依次为足癣、甲沟炎、摩擦性水疱。二元Logistic回归分析显示,是否好发于夏季、是否与高强度训练有关、是否与训练环境有关、是否与生活条件和卫生习惯有关是体校学生足癣发生的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01),但未发现甲沟炎发生相关影响因素。结论足癣属于苏南地区体校学生高发足部皮肤病,依据其影响因素采取以预防为主、积极治疗等措施,对于降低其发病率具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the prevalence of skin diseases on the feet of students in sports schools in southern Jiangsu,and to propose corresponding preventive measures.Methods A random sampling survey method was used to select 230 students from sports schools in southern Jiangsu,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the internal influence of members,physique,season,diet,wearing shoes and socks,high-intensity training,training environment,personal living and hygiene habits.The influencing factors of skin diseases of the foot were investigated by binary Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 215 valid questionnaires were retrieved,and the top 3215 cases of skin diseases of the foot were tinea pedis,paronychia,and friction blisters.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that its occurrence in summer,high-intensity training,the training environment,living conditions and hygiene habits were the influencing factors for the formation of tinea pedis among students in sports school(P<0.05,P<0.01);however,no factors related to paronychia were found.Conclusion Tinea pedis is the prevalent skin disease of the foot among students in sports school in southern Jiangsu.According to its influencing factors,it is of great significance to take preventive measures and active treatment to reduce its incidence.
