麦胶敏感性肠病自身抗体阳性的疱疹样皮炎1例

摘　　要：中年男性,无明显诱因全身出现散在红斑,伴瘙痒。根据患者皮肤表现,结合病理诊断和直接免疫荧光检查,以及血清不同自身抗体谱检测,临床医生对患者进行诊断和鉴别诊断。在无明显进食面食不适史的情况下,通过自身抗体明确了患者的诊断为疱疹样皮炎。通过针对性治疗,患者症状和实验室指标明显好转。A middle-aged male patient initially appeared scattered erythema with pruritus all over the body without obvious cause.According to the skin manifestations of the patient,combined with pathological diagnosis,direct immunofluorescence examination,and different serum autoantibody spectrum,the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the patient was made by clinicians.The diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis was confirmed by the use of autoantibodies in the absence of any apparent history of pasta discomfort.With targeted treatment,the patient′s symptoms and laboratory indicators improved significantly.
