水涝胁迫对豫楸1号4种砧木嫁接苗保护酶系统的影响

摘  要:通过盆栽水淹法对豫楸1号4种砧木嫁接苗进行了水涝胁迫试验。在胁迫过程中,测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化,考察了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)保护系统在豫楸1号4种砧木嫁接苗抗涝生理研究中的作用。结果表明:在水涝胁迫下,豫楸1号4种砧木嫁接苗保护酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)均随着水涝胁迫时间的延长呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。灰楸砧苗的SOD、POD值比其他3种嫁接苗均大,而梓树砧苗CAT酶活性比其他3种的强。综合三项指标,其中灰楸嫁接苗在抵抗水涝胁迫时表现最佳,梓树砧苗次之。The grafted seedlings of four rootstocks of Catalpa bungei "Yu-1" were subjected to waterlogging stress by the potted flooding method. During the stress process, the changes in the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were measured. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) protection system in the physiological study on waterlogging resistance of grafted seedlings of Catalpa bungei "Yu-1" rootstocks were studied. The results showed that under the waterlogging stress, the protective enzyme activities(SOD, POD and CAT) of the grafted seedlings of the four rootstocks of Catalpa bungei "Yu-1" increased first and then decreased with the prolongation of the waterlogging stress time. The SOD and POD values of the stock seedlings of Catalpa fargesii Bur. were higher than those of the other three kinds of grafted seedlings, while the CAT enzyme activity of the stock seedlings of Catalpa ovate Don was stronger than that of the other three kinds. Combining the three indicators, the grafted seedlings of Catalpa fargesii Bur. had the best performance in resisting waterlogging stress, followed by the stock seedlings of Catalpa ovate Don.
