摘  要:为了比较两色金鸡菊和剑叶金鸡菊耐盐碱能力,确定其可耐受盐胁迫浓度,以一年生两色金鸡菊和剑叶金鸡菊幼苗为试验材料,采用0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0和1.2%浓度的NaHCO_(3)溶液进行单因子胁迫,观察了其不同浓度下的表现,测定了其在不同浓度处理下的POD、SOD和CAT活性。结果表明:同一浓度下两色金鸡菊的生长表现更佳;POD、SOD和CAT活性均表现为随着处理浓度的提高先增加后降低的变化规律,且各个浓度处理之间基本均有显著性差异存在,两色金鸡菊以1.2%NaHCO_(3)浓度为耐受上限,剑叶金鸡菊以0.8%NaHCO_(3)浓度为耐受上限,两色金鸡菊耐盐性强于剑叶金鸡菊。In order to study the saline-alkali tolerance of Coreopsis tinctoria and C.lanceolata,and determine their tolerance concentration,the seedlings of annual of C.tinctoria and C.lanceolataare takenas experimental materials.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0 and 1.2%concentrations of NaHCO_(3) were used for single factor stress.Its phenotype at different concentrations is observed,and its activities of POD,SOD and CAT at different concentrations are determined.The results showed that the phenotype of C.tinctoria was better at the same concentration.The activities of POD,SOD and CAT all showed the changing rule of increasing at first and then decreasing with the increase of treatment concentration,and there were basically significant differences among the treatments.The tolerance limit of C.tinctoria was 1.2%NaHCO_(3),and that of C.lanceolata was 0.8%NaHCO_(3).The salt tolerance of C.tinctoria was stronger than that of C.lanceolata.
