摘 要:通过对山西省臭椿种质资源调查,实施了臭椿优良无性系繁育及选择试验,结果表明:臭椿繁育的最佳方法是嫁接(芽接),嫁接最佳时间是春季,成活率(91%);臭椿无性系苗高、地径方差分析表明各无性系之间的生长量表现差异极显著,通过聚类分析,在距离系数5时,33个臭椿优树无性系可分为4类,第一类无性系适应性最强,生长量最大,是所选无性系最优一组。通过遗传增益分析初选出了3个优良无性系,分别为6号、26号、35号。Through the investigation of germplasm resources of Ailanthus altissima in Shanxi Province, the propagation and selection experiments of superior clones of Ailanthus altissima were arranged. The results showed that the best method of propagation of Ailanthus altissima was grafting(bud grafting);the best time of grafting was spring, and the survival rate was 91%;the variance analysis of seedling height and ground diameter of Ailanthus altissana clones showed that there were significant differences in growth performance among the clones. Through cluster analysis, when the distance coefficient was 5, the 33 superior tree clones of Ailanthus altissima could be divided into four categories. The first category was the best group of clones with the strongest adaptability and the largest growth. Through genetic gain analysis, 3 excellent clones were selected, which were No. 6, No. 26 and No. 35 respectively.
