摘 要:由于刘氏短须螨是今年发现的危害水杉的一种主要害螨,为探究不同药剂对水杉刘氏短须螨的防治效果,选用苦参碱、印楝素、阿维菌素和苏云金杆菌4种药剂分别对水杉刘氏短须螨进行了室内毒力测定及室外药效试验。结果表明:4种药剂对水杉刘氏短须螨均具备一定的防治效果,其中0.5%印楝素悬浮剂、0.3%苦参碱水剂室内毒杀及室外防效更好,可在生产中大力推广及应用。Brevipalpus lewisi McGregor is one of the main harmful mites to Metasequoia glyptostroboides discovered this year. In order to explore the control effect of different chemicals on the Brevipalpus lewisi McGregor, Matrine, Azadirachtin, abamectin and Bacillus thuringiensis were selected to carry out indoor toxicity test and outdoor efficacy test on the Brevipalpus lewisi McGregor. The results showed that the four pesticides had certain control effects on Brevipalpus lewisi McGregor, among which 0.5% Azadirachtin suspension and 0.3% Matrine aqueous solution had better indoor and outdoor control effects, and could be widely used in production.
