基于网络点评大数据的广西北海银滩旅游发展研究

摘　　要：打造一个能吸引游客参与、满足大众旅游需求的北海银滩景区,不仅是当前银滩建设急需解决的问题,也是满足人民大众对旅游体验日益增长需求的必要举措。网络点评大数据对景点的发展建设具有重大意义,以北海银滩这一景点为研究对象,通过八爪鱼收集了携程、美团、马蜂窝等旅游网站上游客旅游后的评论信息,对收集到的网络点评大数据进行了情感分析、网络语义分析和词频分析,然后得出了游客的使用体验状况。结果表明:网络点评大数据能够正确并直观反映游客对北海银滩的使用体验状况,通过对网络点评大数据的分析能为北海银滩的建设与管理提供科学的决策依据,找出北海银滩景点存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了以下建议:①加大宣传力度,提高游客素质,产业要求环保生产,促进银滩旅游业可持续发展;②根据旅游淡季及旺季合理增减管理人员,合理划分管理范围,成立公益组织,维护景区秩序;③在服务方面,改善服务态度,增强服务意识,培育良好民风;④规范收费,强化北海银滩的物价管理,对宰客现象进行从严治理;⑤政府要提供更多支持政策及引导民间资本参与北海银滩的建设.以加速推进景区基础设施完善,丰富和增加旅游项目,提高旅游体验和旅游性价比;⑥交通方面,充分发挥公共交通强大集散能力,适度增加停车场,以满足游客的车位需求。Beihai Silver Beach is a famous tourist attraction in Guangxi Province. Creating a Beihai Silver Beach that can attract tourists to participate and meet the needs of mass tourism is not only an urgent problem to be solved in the current construction of Silver Beach, but also a necessary measure to meet the growing demand of the people for tourism experience. Network review big data is of great significance to the development and construction of scenic spots. Taking the Beihai Silver Beach as the research object, the comment information of tourists on Ctrip, Meituan, Mafengwo and other tourism websites through Octopus is collected. Sentiment analysis, network semantic analysis and word frequency analysis are carried out on the big data of online reviews, and then the usage experience status of tourists is obtained. The results show that the network review big data can correctly and intuitively reflect the use experience of tourists on Beihai Silver Beach. Through the analysis of network review big data, it can also find out the problems existing in Beihai Silver Beach attractions and make targeted suggestions. The research results can provide a scientific decision-making basis for the construction and management of Beihai Silver Beach.
