温通耳灸结合穴位按摩在耳鸣耳聋治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温通耳灸结合穴位按摩在耳鸣耳聋治疗中的应用效果研究。方法选取2020年3月至2021年9月我院收治的耳聋耳鸣患者118例,按照随机数字表法分成实验组与对照组,每组59例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组给予温通耳灸结合穴位按摩,对比两组患者耳鸣致残量表(THI)评分、听阈值。结果在THI评分上,两组治疗前比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,实验组THI评分更低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后测试两组听阈值,实验组听阈值明显低于对照组,其差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温通耳灸结合穴位按摩用于耳鸣耳聋治疗可明显降低THI评分,改善耳聋耳鸣程度,提升患者治疗效果。Objective To explore the application of warm ear moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness.Methods In March 2020 to September 2021,118 cases of our hospital deafness tinnitus patients,according to the random number table method is divided into the experimental group and control group,each group of 59 cases,control group given conventional treatment of western medicine,experimental group give WenTong ear acupuncture point massage,compared two groups of patients with tinnitus disability scale(THI)score,auditory threshold value.Results There was no significant difference in THI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but it was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the THI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm ear moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness can significantly reduce THI score,improve the degree of deafness and tinnitus,and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
