西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究小儿过敏性鼻炎应用西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗的临床疗效。方法此次研究选择2019年4月至2021年5月期间在本院进行治疗的110例过敏性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,随机分成对照组与实验组,每组55例,对照组患儿予以丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,实验组患儿在对照组基础上应用西替利嗪,观察两组治疗前后血管细胞间黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、白介素-4(IL-4)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及症状评分。结果治疗后两组患儿的鼻甲肿大、喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕症状评分相比治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且实验组上述症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿的VCAM-1、IL-4及EOS水平相比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且实验组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性鼻炎应用西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,可有效调节儿免疫功能,并缓解多种临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods In this study,110 children with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 55 cases.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate aerosol,and the experimental group was treated with cetirizine on the basis of the control group.The levels of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),interleukin-4(IL-4),eosinophils(EOS)and symptom score were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of turbinate enlargement,sneezing,nasal congestion and runny nose were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above-mentioned symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VCAM-1,IL-4 and EOS in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine combined with fluticasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can effectively regulate the immune function and relieve a variety of clinical symptoms.
