显微支撑喉镜下手术联合超声雾化吸入治疗声带息肉的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究声带息肉临床治疗中采用显微支撑喉镜下手术与超声雾化吸入联合方案的临床疗效。方法选择声带息肉40例患者作为研究对象,开展时间:2018年9月至2020年2月,对患者进行随机数字法分组,对照组20例给予显微支撑喉镜下手术,试验组20例增加超声雾化吸入治疗。对比临床疗效、术后康复时间、嗓音功能。结果试验组临床治疗有效率100.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患者咽喉疼痛、炎症等消除时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前患者嗓音功能grbas和vhi量表评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后嗓音功能grbas和vhi量表评分优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论显微支撑喉镜下手术与超声雾化吸入联合治疗声带息肉临床疗效好,有助于患者症状改善,恢复嗓音功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combined program of microsupport laryngoscope operation and ultrasonic atomization inhalation in the clinical treatment of vocal cord polyp.Methods 40 patients with vocal cord polyp were selected as the research object,from September 2018 to February 2020,and the patients were divided into random number method.20 patients in the control group were treated with microsupport laryngoscopy,and 20 patients in the experimental group were treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation.Clinical efficacy,postoperative recovery time and voice function were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of experimental group was 100.00%higher than that of control group 80.00%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The relief time of sore throat and inflammation in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in grBAS and VHI scale scores of voice function in patients before treatment(P>0.05),but grBAS and VHI scale scores of voice function in patients after treatment were better than those in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microsupport laryngoscope combined with ultrasonic atomization inhalation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of vocal cord polyp,which is helpful to improve symptoms and restore voice function.
