摘　　要：目的比较Gufoni与Barbecue法在水平半规管向地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕中的治疗效果。方法选取于2012年7月份至2020年11月份在医院中进行水平半规管向地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗的患者共1200例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各600例。对照组给予患者Gufoni治疗方法,观察组给予患者Barbecue治疗方法。观察两组患者的眩晕减轻及消失时间、临床治疗效果及复位成功率。结果观察组眩晕减轻及消失时间低于对照组,临床治疗有效率高于对照组,复位成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在水平半规管向地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗中,Gufoni治疗法相较于Barbecue治疗法临床治疗效果更为显著,有助于减轻患者的眩晕症状,缩短眩晕消失时间,复位成功率高,应在临床上大力推广使用。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Gufoni and Barbecue method in horizontal semi-regulation of geoocular shock.Methods A total of 1200 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated by horizontal semicircular canal geotropism nystagmus in hospital from July 2012 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 600 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Gufoni treatment,and patients in the observation group were given Barbecue treatment.The time of vertigo relief and disappearance,clinical treatment effect and success rate of reduction were observed.Results The time of vertigo relief and disappearance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the reduction success rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Barbecue therapy,Gufoni therapy has more significant clinical effect in the treatment of benign parochial position vertigo caused by horizontal semicircular canal to ground nystagus,which is helpful to reduce vertigo symptoms of patients,shorten the time of vertigo disappearance,and has a high success rate of reduction.Therefore,it should be popularized in clinical practice.
