循证护理服务模式用于鼻咽癌化疗中缓解情绪和改善口腔黏膜副反应的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理服务模式对鼻咽癌化疗患者情绪与口腔黏膜副反应的缓解和改善作用。方法选取我院肿瘤科2018年6月~2021年6月收治的鼻咽癌化疗患者68例,随机均分成两组,各34例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取循证护理服务模式,比较两组情绪缓解情况与口腔黏膜副反应改善情况。结果观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前SAS与SDS评分比较P>0.05,干预后两组均明显低于同组干预前且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理服务模式可有效缓解鼻咽癌化疗患者负性情绪并减轻口腔黏膜炎疼痛感,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing service model on alleviating and improving emotional and oral mucosal side effects in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 68 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by chemotherapy in the oncology department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group adopted evidence-based nursing service mode.The emotional relief and the improvement of oral mucosal side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups before intervention were significantly lower than those of the same group before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing service model can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy and reduce the pain of oral mucositis,which is worthy of popularization.
