综合性护理用于甲状腺癌根治术病人护理中效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究对甲状腺癌根治术患者实施综合性护理的效果。方法随机将2018年1月至2019年10月我院96例甲状腺癌根治术患者分为对照组(48例,施行常规护理)、观察组(48例,施行综合性护理)。对比两组负性情绪评分、住院时间、治疗依从性评分、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理后负性情绪评分较对照组更低,P<0.05;观察组住院时间较对照组更短,且治疗依从性评分较对照组更高,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(16.67%),P<0.05;观察组护理满意度(97.92%)高于对照组(81.25%),P<0.05。结论对甲状腺癌根治术患者实施综合性护理有助于改善负性情绪,减少并发症,护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with thyroid cancer after radical operation.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,96 patients with thyroid cancer radical operation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(48 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(48 cases,comprehensive nursing).The negative emotion score,hospitalization time,treatment compliance score,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment compliance score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the complication rate of the observation group(4.17%)was lower than that of the control group(16.67%),P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.25%),P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for patients with thyroid cancer radical operation can help to improve negative emotions,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
