摘 要:为研究水库群协同防洪作用,通过分析嘉陵江流域暴雨洪水的水雨情发展过程、洪水组成、洪水还原等,剖析了2021年嘉陵江3号洪水的特性。结果表明:通过金沙江下游、嘉陵江流域水工程联合削峰错峰,拦蓄寸滩以上来水,拦蓄洪量占寸滩站天然来水总量的10%,缓解了嘉陵江重庆江段及三峡库区的防洪压力,三峡水库配合增加出库调度,避免了库区土地征用线淹没问题,以三峡水库为核心的水库群联合调度的防洪效益显著。In order to study the synergistic flood control effect of reservoir groups, the characteristics of storm flood of the Jialing river are analyzed by analyzing the development process of water and rainfall regime, flood composition and flood restoration in the Jialing River Basin.Through the joint peak-cuting and peak-staggering by water projects in the Jinsha River and the Jialing River basins, the retaining flow coming from upstream of Cuntan Station accounts for 10 % of the total natural incoming flow at Cuntan Station, which alleviates the flood control pressure of the Chongqing reach of the Jialing River and the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.With discharge increasing of Three Gorges Reservoir, the problem of inundation above land requisition lines in the reservoir area is avoided, which reflects the flood control benefits of joint dispatching of reservoir groups with the Three Gorges Reservoir as the core.
