摘 要:为了给水电站实时调度决策提供快速、科学智能化的技术支撑,对溪洛渡-向家坝梯级水库实时调度工作以及已有的水库调度自动化系统开展了大量分析、总结、梳理,特别设计了“出力+闸门”的两库联合计算控制模式,并据此设计了相应的基础算法、修正算法以及对应数学公式。此外,整理并确定了数据库来源数据、提取方式与频率、数据库表及读取内容等,且在此基础上设计所需的二次应用。结果表明:在溪洛渡、向家坝梯级水库联合调度的实时分析计算中,该研究具有梯级水库短期运行情况的实时预测、实时调度方案快速制定、多方案对比、历史计算校核、仿真计算等功能。研究成果可有效辅助水库调度人员动态掌握水库实时状态和分析未来运行趋势,且便于进行仿真分析、多方案对比分析。In order to provide fast, scientific and intelligent technical support for real-time dispatching decisions of hydropower stations, this paper carries out a lot of analysis, summarization and sorting-out on the real-time dispatching work of Xiluodu-Xiangjiaba cascade reservoirs and the existing water dispatching automation system.In this application, the control mode of the joint calculation of the two reservoirs of “output+gate” is specially designed, and on this basis, the corresponding basic algorithm, correction algorithm and corresponding mathematical formula are designed.In this paper, the data source, extraction method and frequency, database table and reading content of the database are sorted out and determined, and the required secondary applications are designed on this basis.This application development research is mainly used for real-time analysis and calculation of the joint operation of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba cascade reservoirs.It can perform real-time prediction of the short-term operation of cascade reservoirs, rapid formulation of real-time dispatching schemes, multi-scheme comparison, historical calculation check, simulation calculation, etc.,provide provides the adjustment of power generation plan output, water inflow prediction, and planned gate operation.The research results can effectively assist reservoir dispatchers to dynamically grasp the real-time status of the reservoir and analyze the future operation trend.This application also provides the adjustment of power generation plan output, predicted water inflow, and planned gate operation and is convenient for simulation analysis and multi-scheme comparison analysis.
