摘 要:为了使GIS技术充分应用于水库调度自动化系统,更好地服务于流域梯级调度,采用B/S构架,基于WebGIS技术,建立了以地理信息、水雨情、报汛、气象数据为基础的流域“一张图”。将该技术应用于水库调度自动化系统中,实现了基于二/三维GIS一体化融合信息的查询、统计、计算、分析、展示,以及各类高级专题应用功能的搭载,为梯级调度智慧决策、水情会商、应急防汛提供了信息支撑手段,提高了水调自动化系统的高效性和科学性。In order to make GIS technology fully applied to Reservoir scheduling automation system and better serve river basin cascade dispatching.The B/S architecture is adopted in this passage, and river basin “one picture” of geographical information, water rainfall, flood reporting and meteorological data based on WebGIS technology is established, and applies to Reservoir scheduling automation system, realizing query, statistics, calculations, analysis, monitor and display of fuse information based on two/three dimensional GIS in river basin “one picture”,as well as the carrying of various advanced application functions, it provides the information backup means for intelligent decision making, hydrological consultation and emergency flood prevention of cascade dispatching, and improves the high efficiency and scientific of water dispatching system.
