摘  要:本文以甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)作为聚合单体,采用种子乳液聚合法,成功制备了水性羟基丙烯酸酯纯丙乳液(WHPA)。采用红外光谱仪对WHPA的结构进行了表征,粒径分析仪对WHPA乳液的粒径进行了分析,并研究了不同HPMA含量对WHPA胶膜铅笔硬度和耐水性的影响。红外光谱分析表明,在1648cm^(-1)处左右没有出现C=C明显的吸收峰,证明丙烯酸酯单体都发生了聚合反应。随着HPMA含量的增加,WHPA乳液体系的粒径值从179.9nm增大到522.7nm。随着HPMA含量的增大,WHPA胶膜硬度从4B缓慢增大到H,WHPA胶膜的耐水性略有上升。The waterborne hydroxy acrylate pure acrylic emulsion(WHPA)was successfully prepared by using hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA),methyl acrylic acid(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),and acrylic acid(AA)as polymerization monomers through seed emulsion polymerization method.The structure of WHPA was characterized by FTIR.The particle size distribution of WHPA emulsion was analyzed by the particle size analyzer,and effect of different content of HPMA on the pencil hardness and anti-water property were also demonstrated.The FTIR results showed that there was no absorption peak at 1648cm^(-1),indicating that polymerization of acrylic monomers occurred and the emulsion was successfully synthesized.With the increment of HPMA content,the particle size of emulsion system increased from 179.9nm to 522.7nm,the pencil hardness of the WHPA coatings increased slowly from 4B to H,and the water absorption of WHPA film increased slightly.
