摘  要:分别采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定地表水中痕量铅,从方法精密度、准确度和实用性等方面进行对比分析。经统计学方差分析,3种方法之间不存在显著性差异,均能够满足测定需求。但因其测定原理以及影响因素的不同,测定结果准确度上略有差异,质控样品准确度在93.6%~98.1%之间,实际样品加标回收率在90.8%~101.2%之间,均在允许范围内。ICP-AES的检出限高于ICP-MS和HG-AFS,线性范围方面ICP-AES要宽于ICP-MS和HG-AFS,操作复杂程度方面ICP-AES<ICP-MS<HG-AFS,质控样品准确度方面HG-AFS<ICP-MS<ICP-AES,检测成本方面HG-AFS<ICP-AES<ICP-MS。对比结果表明,3种测定方法均可很好的测定痕量铅,在批量样品检测效率方面ICP-MS和ICP-AES略有优势。Trace lead in surface water was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).Through statistical analysis of variance,there is no significant difference between the three methods,which can meet the needs of measurement.However,due to the different determination principles and influencing factors,there are slight differences in the accuracy of the determination results.The accuracy of the quality control samples is 93.6%~98.1%,and the recovery rate of the actual samples is 90.8%~101.2%,all within the allowable range.The detection limit of ICP-AES is higher than that of ICP-MS and HG-AFS,the linear range of ICP-AES is wider than that of ICP-MS and HG-AFS,the operation complexity is ICP-AES<ICP-MS<HG-AFS,the accuracy of quality control samples is HG-AFS<ICP-MS<ICP-AES,and the detection cost is HG-AFS<ICP-AES<ICP-MS.The results showed that the three methods can determine trace lead well,and ICP-MS and ICP-AES have slight advantages in the detection efficiency of batch samples.
