摘 要:建立了艾氏卡法-离子色谱法测定磺甲基酚醛树脂(SMP)磺化度的方法。同时与SY/T 5665-2018中采用硫酸钡重量法-活性炭吸附法测定磺化沥青磺化度的方法作对比。研究结果表明,艾氏卡法测定全硫时,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1.95%(n=5),优于硫酸钡重量法的5.36%;离子色谱法测定无机硫时,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.71%以下,优于活性炭吸附法的4.68%以上,且离子色谱法克服了活性炭吸附法无法测试SO_(3)^(2)的缺陷。采用该方法,对照品十二烷基苯磺酸钠LAS的磺酸钠基团含量测定值为27.71%,更接近其真实值(28.08%~29.56%)。该方法操作简单、可靠性高、重复性好、通用性强,是对行业标准SY/T 5094-2017的理化指标的补充。A determination method of sulfonation degree of sulfonated phenolic resin(SMP)was established by eschka method-ion chromatography method.The methods were compared with the barium sulfate gravimetric method-activated carbon adsorption method for determining the sulfonation degree of sulfonated asphalt in SY/T 5665-2018.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of total sulfur measured by eschka method was less than 1.95%(n=5),which was better than 5.36%of barium sulfate gravimetric method;the RSD was below than 2.71%by ion chromatography method,while that was more than 4.68%of activated carbon adsorption method.And ion chromatography overcame the disadvantage that activated carbon adsorption method could not test SO_(3)^(2).Using eschka method-ion chromatography method,the determination value of sodium sulfonate groups content of LAS(as a reference substance)was 27.71%,which was closer to its true value(28.08%~29.56%).The method was simple,reliable,reproducible and versatile,and could be a supplement to the physicochemical index of SY/T 5094-2017.
