摘  要:本文主要综述了碱式硫酸镁晶须的3种改性方法,主要包括:表面活性剂改性,偶联剂改性及复合改性剂改性。并通过两种常用的共混法——溶液共混和熔融共混法论述了改性碱式硫酸镁晶须在聚丙烯复合材料中的应用,并测定其复合材料的阻燃性能。在此基础上,分析两种常用的共混法在制备时的优缺点及应用领域,对改性碱式硫酸镁晶须更多的应用领域进行展望。This article mainly summarizes three modification methods of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers,including surfactant modification,coupling agent modification and compound modifier modification.The application of modified basic magnesium sulfate whiskers in polypropylene composites was discussed by two commonly used blending methods-solution blending and melt blending,and the flame retardant properties of the composites were measured.On this basis,analyze the advantages and disadvantages and application fields of the two commonly used blending methods during preparation,and look forward to more application fields of modified basic magnesium sulfate whiskers.
