摘 要:为解决传统树脂型摩擦材料高温阶段的热衰退问题,采用SiO_(2)陶瓷颗粒增强树脂基摩擦材料,研究SiO_(2)含量对摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能、物理性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量SiO_(2)陶瓷颗粒添加不仅可提高摩擦因数,降低磨损率,还可改善摩擦因数和磨损率的稳定性。当SiO_(2)含量为4%时,试样的综合性能较佳,分别为:摩擦系数0.32以上,平均磨损率为0.64×10^(-7)cm^(3)·(N·m)^(-1),洛氏硬度值为81 HRM,冲击强度为0.785kJ·m^(-2),研究结果可为新型摩擦材料配方设计提供借鉴作用。Aimed to solve the problems of the friction and wear properties of traditional resin-based friction materials at high temperature,silicon oxide ceramic particles were used to enhance resin-based friction materials,and the effects of silica content on the friction and wear properties,physical properties and mechanical properties of resin-based friction materials were studied.The results showed the proper amount of silica can not only improve the friction coefficient and reduce the wear rate,but also perfect the stability of friction coefficient and wear rate.When the content of silica is 4%,the comprehensive properties of the samples are as follows:the friction coefficient is above 0.32,the average wear rate is 0.64×10^(-7)cm^(3)·(N·m)^(-1),the Rockwell hardness value is 81 HRM,and the impact strength is 0.785kJ·m^(-2).The results can provide the reference for the formulation design of new friction materials.
