摘  要:介绍了聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)加工稳定性差的原因及改进技术,改进技术按工艺阶段可分为聚合改性和后处理改性。加工稳定性差的原因主要由无机过硫酸盐类引发剂带入的羧酸端基和聚合物链中的HFP-HFP键在加工过程中分解产生挥发性物质引起。认为更换有机过氧化物类引发剂、选择绿色环保的超临界二氧化碳聚合方式等聚合改性方法,选择双螺杆挤出湿热处理与氟化处理相结合的后处理方式,可有效提升聚合物的热稳定性。The introduces the reason and improved method for poor processing stability of fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP).The improved method can be divided into polymerization modification and post-treatment modification according to the process stage. According to the analysis, the main reason for the poor processing stability is the volatile substances, which produced by the decomposition of the HFP-HFP on polymer chain and the carboxylic acid end brought in by the inorganic persulfate initiator during processing. It is believed that the polymerization modification methods such as replacing with an organic peroxide initiator or preparation of FEP by precipitation polymerization in a green and environmentally friendly supercritical carbon dioxide, and the post-treatment modification methods such as wet heat treatment with a twin-screw extruder combined with fluorination treatment can effectively improve the thermal stability of FEP.
