摘  要:针对偏二氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯(VDC-MA)共聚树脂存在的热稳定性较差、工艺自动化水平低、离心工序无法连续运行和尾气处理效果差等问题,通过对工艺装置缺陷进行优化,如MA和分散剂入料管线优化,脱析升温改造,尾气装置优化、尾气吸收配方调整以及现有VDC-MA树脂配方调整、改进,创新性完成VDC-MA树脂蓝树脂生产。结果表明,MA树脂颗粒形态大幅改观,总体质量提高,缩短了与国外同类产品的差距,国内外多家客户均已认可产品质量;2021年实际完成产量830 t,比2020年增长127%。Aiming at the problems of poor thermal stability, low level of process automation, continuous operation of centrifugal process and poor exhaust gas treatment effect of vinylidene chloride-methyl acrylate(VDC-MA) copolymer resin, the production of VDC-MA resin blue resin was innovatively completed by optimizing the defects of process equipment, such as the optimization of MA and dispersant feed pipeline, the modification of desorption temperature rise, the optimization of exhaust gas device, the adjustment of exhaust gas absorption formula and the adjustment and improvement of existing VDC-MA resin formula. The results show that the particle morphology of MA resin is greatly improved, the overall quality is improved, and the gap with similar foreign products is shortened. Many customers at home and abroad have recognized the quality of products;actual completion production in 2021 was 830 t, up 127% from 2020.
