摘  要:分析了采用萤石-硫酸法生产20 kt/a无水氟化氢(AHF)热量损失部位与原因,并采取相应的措施。利用烟道气余热利用热加精馏塔塔釜物料,降低了精馏塔蒸汽用量;采用两进四出的热风分配方式,提高转炉夹套与炉头、炉尾之间的密封性,定期检测及管控转炉燃烧炉、转炉的外层温度,可降低的热量损失;一级冷凝器、二级冷凝器采用连续螺旋折流板冷凝器,能降低流动阻力,减少换热死区,提升换热效果,有效降低产品电耗。The heat loss parts and causes of 20 kt/a anhydrous hydrogen fluoride( AHF) produced by fluorite-sulfuric acid method were analyzed, and corresponding measures were taken. The steam consumption of distillation column is reduced by using the waste heat of flue gas to heat the material of distillation column kettle. The two-in and four-out hot air distribution method is adopted to improve the sealing between the converter jacket and the furnace head and the furnace tail, and regularly detect and control the outer temperature of the converter combustion furnace and the converter to reduce the heat loss. The primary condenser and the secondary condenser adopt continuous helical baffle condenser, which can reduce the flow resistance, reduce the heat transfer dead zone,improve the heat transfer effect and effectively reduce the power consumption of the product.
