摘 要:本研究建立了二次热解吸-气相色谱法测定室内空气中苯系物的方法,并和一次热解吸-气相色谱法进行了全面对比。结果表明,二次热解吸-气相色谱法前处理简便、灵敏度高、准确度高、重复性好,具有明显优势。同时,本研究对国标方法进行优化,柱温由程序升温改为恒温,缩短了分析时间,并使基线更稳定,更适合于室内空气中苯系物的测定。In this study,a method for the determination of benzene series in indoor air by second thermal desorption-gas chromatography was established,and a comprehensive comparison was made with primary thermal desorption-gas chromatography.The result shows the secondary thermal desorption-gas chromatography method has simple pretreatment,high sensitivity,high accuracy,good repeatability,and has obvious advantages.At the same time,this study optimizes the national standard method.The column temperature is changed from programmed temperature to constant temperature,which shortens the analysis time and makes the baseline more stable,which is more suitable for the determination of benzene series in indoor air.
