摘  要:合成氨催化剂中Fe_(3)O_(4)相的含量是表征合成氨催化剂的一个重要参数,它与合成氨催化剂活性等使用性能有直接关系。首次采用X射线衍射测定合成氨催化剂中Fe_(3)O_(4)相的含量,方法快速、精密、准确,可确保与合成氨催化剂相关的科研和工业生产顺利进行。以合成氨催化剂中Fe_(3)O_(4)相含量测定的8个实验室X射线衍射分析数据为依据,确定方法的技术指标:分析范围75.7%~99.0%,精密度(95%置信水平)的重复性限(r)1.2%、再现性限(R)2.6%,准确度的误差-1.0%~0.8%。The content of magnetite phase in the synthetic ammonia catalyst is one of the main parameters in analyzing the catalyst activity and other practical properties.By means of X-ray diffraction for the first time to determine the content of magnetite phase in synthetic ammonia catalyst,has been proved to be rapid,precise and accurate in scientific research and related industrial production.The technical index of the method to determine the content of magnetite phase in synthetic ammonia catalyst is based on the data of 8 laboratories'X-ray diffraction analysis results.The range of analysis was 75.7%to 99.0%.The precision's repeatability(r)and reproducibility(R)were 1.2%and 2.6%(95%confidence level).The error of accuracy was-1.0%to 0.8%.
