摘 要:针对20℃超低温油藏环境,本文进行了调剖体系优选。通过室内研究,对适用于20℃低温高含水油藏的聚合物——有机铬凝胶堵剂注入性能、封堵性能以及调驱效果进行了评价。研究结果表明,在20℃低温条件下,线性聚合物3640C与Cr(Ac)_(3)的弱凝胶体系更适用于低温油藏环境,且可通过调整交联剂的量控制成胶时间,其中0.1(wt)%3640C+0.02(wt)%Cr(Ac)_(3)的弱凝胶体系的注入性和封堵性效果好,填砂管封堵率达到99%以上,注入量为0.2PV时,采收率增幅最高,达到了23.1%。后续通过物理模拟实验对其注入方式进行优化,得出凝胶/表面活性剂的复合段塞注入方式,凝胶/表面活性剂复合调驱剂增油16.5%,后续水驱增油8.2%,累计增油24.7%,且注入压差合理。凝胶可以放置在油层深部,实现后续注入水的转向,提高低渗层的采收率。For the ultra-low temperature reservoir environment of 20℃,the optimization of the profiling system is carried out in this paper.Through indoor studies,the injection performance,plugging performance and flooding effect of polymer-organochromium gel plugging agent suitable for low temperature and high aqueous reservoirs at 20℃were evaluated.The results show that under the low temperature condition of 20℃,the weak gel system of linear polymer 3640C and chromium acetate is more suitable for low-temperature reservoir environment and can control the gelling time by adjusting the amount of crosslinking agent,among which the weak gel system of 0.1(wt)%3640C+0.02(wt)%chromium acetate has good injection and blocking effect,the sealing rate of the sand filling tube reaches more than 99%,and when the injection amount is 0.2PV,the recovery rate increase is the highest,reaching 23.1%.Subsequently,the injection method was optimized by physical simulation experiments,and the injection method of the composite section plug of the gel/surfactant was obtained,and the gel/surfactant composite displacement agent was oiled by 16.5%,and the subsequent water flooding was increased by 8.2%;the cumulative oil was increased by 24.7%,and the injection pressure difference was reasonable.The gel can be placed deep in the oil layer to achieve subsequent water injection steering and improve the recovery of the low permeability layer.
