新工科背景下专业集群建设思考

摘　　要：新工科背景下,针对国家对高等院校专业集群建设提出的要求,结合新工科建设的特点,界定专业集群建设在高等院校工作推进中的内涵并分析其现实特征,以黑龙江工程学院专业集群建设实践为例,对专业集群建设路径进行了探索,理清了专业集群的建设脉络。实践证明:通过专业集群建设,基本实现“传统学科型”专业集群向“产教融合型”专业集群的转型与跃升,专业内涵建设水平、应用型人才培养能力和质量、服务国家战略和地方经济发展的支撑能力与贡献度不断提升。Under the background of new engineering, new requirements for the construction of professional clusters in universities are put forward. According to the characteristics of the new engineering construction, this paper defines the connotation of professional construction work in colleges and analyzes its realistic characteristics. Based on the construction of Heilongjiang institute of engineering professional cluster practice, this paper explores the path to build professional cluster, and clarifies the construction of the professional cluster context.Through the construction of professional clusters, the transformation and improvement of “traditional subject-based” professional clusters to “industry-education integration” professional clusters have been basically realized, and the construction level of professional connotation, the ability and quality of application-oriented talents training, the supporting ability and contribution of serving national strategy and local economic development have been continuously improved.
