港口物流系统协调发展研究——以天津港为例

摘　　要：港口物流系统作为连接国内外市场资源的重要运输体系之一,在基础服务、航运物流规划、国际商贸往来等方面发挥着重要作用。天津港作为“双循环”格局下的关键港口物流节点,研究其目前的港口物流系统协调发展状况具有重要意义。文章以复合系统协调度模型为依据,将定量数据和定性分析相结合,让研究过程和结果更加科学、全面。文章通过复合系统协调度模型下的计算结果发现,天津港港口物流系统在2015—2019年的发展协调程度有待提升,并且基于阻碍系统协调发展的因素提出了对应的解决方案。天津港既是京津冀协同发展中的重要一环,也是中国构建国际航运物流体系中不可缺少的一部分,对其港口物流系统协调发展的正确把握有利于更好地提升天津港港口物流的竞争力,并为其他区域港口物流系统的协调发展提供借鉴与参考。As one of the important transportation systems connecting domestic and foreign market resources,the port logistics system plays an important role in basic services,shipping logistics planning,international trade and so on.As Tianjin Port is a key port logistics node under the “dual circulation” pattern,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of its current port logistics system.Based on the coordination model of composite system,this paper combines quantitative data with qualitative analysis to make the research process and results more scientific and comprehensive.Through the calculation results under the coordination model of composite systems,the article finds that the coordinated development degree of Tianjin Port logistics system needs to be improved from 2015 to 2019,and puts forward corresponding solutions based on the factors hindering the coordinated development of the system.Tianjin Port is not only an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,but also an indispensable part of China’s construction of an international shipping logistics system.The correct understanding of the coordinated development of its port logistics system is conducive to better enhancing the competitiveness of Tianjin Port logistics,and provides reference for the coordinated development of other regional port logistics systems.
