摘 要:为合理定位武术练拳致趣未来发展的研究趋向,探析中华武术(习武练拳)独特的致趣因素及其效果,主要采用访谈法,从技术本体论域的视角切入,从武术教育与教学拳种模式开发、武术课程思政文化育人方式转变、武术功法常态化演练艺术表达苛求三方面出发,思忖技击本质论视域下中华武术练拳致趣的实效改革,得出以下结论:劲力蓄发与体悟攻防、节奏缓疾与身心感受、轨迹曲弧圆融与动作顺畅奔放是达成练拳致趣的三个内在因素。以此为依据提出武术教育如下实践理路:在武术的课堂教学过程中实践练拳致趣的拳种模式;在武术课堂教学及课外活动中渗透练拳致趣的思政文化元素;在武术课堂教学及课外训练过程中突出功法常态化训练的致趣作用。To position the research trend of the future development of practicing the Chinese Wushu boxing for fun reasonably,the unique fun factors and effects of the Chinese Wushu(practicing Wushu and boxing)were studied.Based on literature study and interviews,from the perspective of the essence of fighting,and from the perspectives of the development of boxing mode in Wushu teaching,the transformation of the ways of educating people through ideological,political and cultural content in Wushu curriculum,and art expression of regular Wushu skill practice,the practical reform of practicing the Chinese Wushu boxing for fun with the regard to the essence of fighting.It could be concluded that the accumulation of strength,the awareness of attack and defense,the fast and slow pace,and the physical and mental feelings,the curved arc of the action track and the smooth and unrestrained movement were three internal factors.Countermeasures included to practice boxing for fun in the process of Wushu classroom teaching,to integrate the ideological,political and cultural elements into Wushu classroom teaching and extracurricular activities,to highlight the interesting role of regular training of Wushu skills in the process of Wushu classroom teaching and extracurricular training.
