预制空间单元建筑体系高层住宅应用

摘　　要：预制空间单元建筑体系是一种实用新型的建筑工业化技术,这种建筑体系包括由一个或多个房间集合而成的预制空间单元,以及相应的建筑主体承载结构骨架。预制空间单元采用集装箱盒式结构,其内部的房间隔墙、水电燃气管线、装修、设备在预制工厂内完成施工。主体承载结构骨架用于把各个预制空间单元可靠地捆绑构成一个整体,有效抵抗地震、风、重力及其他外界作用。预制空间单元建筑体系在保证建筑坚固可靠前提下,可大幅简化现场施工步骤,有效提升建筑质量、提高建造效率。It is a reasonable and effective way to promote construction industrialization, prefabricated space unit building system is a practical new type of building industrialization technology, which includes prefabricated space unit assembled by one or more rooms, and the structure skeleton( framework) of the building. Prefabricated space unit adopts container box structure, and its internal room partition, water, electricity and gas pipelines,decoration and equipment are completed in prefabrication plant. The main load-bearing structure framework of the building is used to bind each prefabricated space unit reliably to form a whole, which can effectively resist earthquake, wind, gravity and other external effects. Use of prefabricated space unit building system, premise of ensuring the firmness and reliability of the building, reduce the workload and steps of the construction site,effectively improve the construction quality and efficiency.
