摘　　要：装配式施工在建筑领域内具有环保快捷的优点,相比传统的施工方法,是一次建筑领域内的革命。在装配式施工过程中,对施工质量控制要求比较严格,导致施工管理难度增加。通过工程实例,针对预制外墙拼接缝一次合格质量,采取多种措施进行优化分析,最终现场施工效果满足施工质量,缩短了施工工期,取得了良好的技术、经济、社会效益。The prefabricated construction has the advantages of environmental protection and quickness in the field of construction. Compared with the traditional construction method,it is a revolution in the field of architecture. However, in the process of assembly construction, quality control has become more stringent and management difficulty has increased. Through engineering examples, this paper takes a variety of measures for the quality of the assembled external wall joint seam, which the construction method meets the construction quality,saves the construction period, and has achieved good technical, economic and social benefits.
