摘　　要：区域性卫生科教信息系统的建立,能够为区域内卫生事业和人才发展提供重要支持和保障。本文阐述了上海市浦东新区科教兴医信息管理系统构建个案的建设背景、建设原则、建设框架、实现及应用,介绍了依托该系统开展卫生科研、人才、学科全生命周期管理及单位科教评估等方面的经验,旨在为区域性科教管理平台建设提供参考。The establishment of regional health science and education information system can provide important support and guarantee for the development of regional health undertakings and talents.This paper expounds the construction background,construction principles,construction framework,implementation and application of the case of the information management system for the development of medicine through science and education in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,and introduces the experience of relying on the system to carry out health research,personnel,discipline life cycle management and unit science and education evaluation,so as to provide reference for the construction of regional science and education management platform.
