基于互联网平台下家庭预防和保健对儿童支气管哮喘的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨互联网儿童哮喘管理平台下家庭预防和保健对儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2020年6月至2021年10月于怀化市妇幼保健院治疗的116例支气管哮喘儿童根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组患儿使用常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上,运用互联网平台进行家庭预防和保健的指导及监督。干预后6个月,比较两组患儿的家庭功能、肺功能指标、病情指标和生活质量。结果观察组患儿干预后的行为控制、角色分工、沟通能力、情感介入、情感反应、问题解决能力及总功能情况的评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预后第一秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、儿童哮喘控制测试评分及生理心理、生活环境、社会心理评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预后的哮喘发作次数显著少于对照组,再住院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网儿童哮喘管理平台下家庭预防和保健对儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,能有效提高患儿的家庭功能,抑制哮喘复发,减轻哮喘病情,改善肺功能和生活质量,临床值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of family prevention and health care on children bronchial asthma under the internet childhood asthma management platform.Methods A total of 116 children with bronchial asthma treated in Huaihua City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Children in control group received routine care,while children in observation group received guidance and supervision of family prevention and health care through internet platform on the basis of routine care.Six months after intervention,family function,lung function,disease indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of behavioral control,role division,communication ability,emotional intervention,emotional response,problem solving ability and total function in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second,peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,the scores of childhood asthma control test and the scores of physiological psychology,living environment,social psychology in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The number of asthma attacks in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the re-hospitalization rate was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family prevention and health care under the internet childhood asthma management platform has significant clinical effect on children's bronchial asthma,which can effectively improve family function,inhibit asthma recurrence,relieve asthma,improve lung function and quality of life.The model is worth popularizing in clinic.
