摘  要:选择SBR胶乳与C_(9)石油树脂作为复合改性剂,制备、研究性能符合规范要求的改性乳化沥青。通过试验对比得到该复合改性乳化沥青的最佳制备方案为SBR胶乳掺量4.0%,C_(9)石油树脂掺量5.0%;通过常规路用性能试验对比复合改性组与单一改性组乳化沥青微表处的主要性能。试验表明:该复合改性乳化沥青微表处混合料满足规范要求,其耐磨耗性能、抵抗车辙变形能力与水稳定性均有明显优势,分别提升12.7%、23.5%与14.1%,具有较好的路用性能。SBR latex and C_(9)petroleum resin have been selected as composite modifiers in order to study the modified emulsified asphalt in accordance with the requirements of specifications. The optimum preparation scheme of the compound modified emulsified asphalt has been obtained through the comparison of experiments:4.0 % of SBR latex and 5.0 % of C_(9)petroleum resin. The main properties of emulsified asphalt micro-surface of compound modified group and single modified group have been compared by conventional road performance test.The test results show that the composite modified emulsified asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the specification, and its abrasion resistance, rutting deformation resistance and water stability have obvious advantages, which are increased by 12.7 %, 23.5 %, 14.1 % respectively, with better road performance.
