摘 要:总结多种典型除氧器的工作原理、结构特点及应用条件。在国内外空冷机组真空除氧技术方案的基础上,以国外某空冷机组工程项目为依托,采用汽轮机排汽在外置式真空除氧器进行热力除氧,并在系统上设置一套抽真空装置的技术方案,满足本工程参数及性能要求,设备运行良好。除氧器的设计选型具有一定的实际工程应用参考价值。Based on the summary of several typical deaerator working principle, structure characteristics and application conditions, as well as the vacuum deaeration technical solution of domestic and international air cooling unit, on the basis of the foreign air cooling unit project, the outside vacuum deaerator of technical solutions has been adopted by the steam turbine exhausted steam for thermal deoxidization, and seted up a set of vacuum device on the system, meeting the project parameters and performance requirements, running well. The design and selection of deaerator in this paper has practical engineering application significance, and hopes to have a certain guiding significance for the subsequent engineering application.
