摘　　要：通过对某电厂1号机3号高压加热器自投产以来的U形管泄漏进行统计、分析,探讨引起换热U形管失效的种种因素,提出了高压加热器更换改造的方案。This paper mainly focus on the U-tube leakage of No.3 HP-heater of No.1 Unit in some power plant, which started to fail since its commissioning andnearly several times every year. Through the statistics and analysis of the failure data, we can discuss various factors leading to the failure of the tubes and point out the only solution to fix this problem is to replace the HP heater.
