摘　　要：为解决长久以来因科普宣传和地震信息来源纷杂、发布渠道分散、形式内容多样而造成的信息不统一、不规范的现实问题,结合多媒体网络信息技术,设计和实现了一套基于DMB的地震信息综合发布系统。阐述了该系统的整体构架、技术特点、模块功能及部署运行后出现问题的解决思路,并对该系统的优势进行了分析。In order to solve the problem of non-uniform and non-standard information caused by various sources of popular science propaganda and earthquake information,scattered release channels and various forms and contents,Shaanxi Earthquake Administration designed and implemented a set of comprehensive earthquake information release system based on DMB in combination with the current popular multimedia network information technology.This paper describes the overall framework,the technical features,the module functions of the system,and the solutions to the problems after deployment and operation,and analyzes the advantages of the system.
