摘 要:社会教育角色长久以来位列公共图书馆的核心角色,法律法规对公共图书馆社会教育角色与功能起主要规定作用。本文调查涉及公共图书馆社会教育角色的2部国家法律和17部地方性法规、规章,对其在角色定位、功能内容、存在价值方面的关键词的出现频率分析,发现我国公共图书馆社会教育角色有三个特点:与文化角色相依存、以阅读指导为核心功能、支持正规教育的功能相对弱化。本文认为未来公共图书馆社会教育角色和功能设定可在基础素质教育、支持各种正规或非正规教育、满足个人终身学习和全面发展方面进一步细化。The role of social education has long been the core role of public libraries.Laws and regulations have played a major role in regulating the role and functions of social education of public libraries.2 national laws and 17 local regulations have been analyzed assisted with keyword analysis.Keywords of related terms are extracted and classified into types of role positioning,function contents and existing values.The social education role of public libraries in China is concluded:dependence on culture role;take reading guidance as the core function;as a component of education,its support function is relatively weak.Therefore,its future role and function settings can be further refined in terms of basic quality education,supporting various formal or non-formal education,and improving personal lifelong learning and all-round development.
