摘　　要：美国能源部国家实验室是美国科技创新的核心,对保持美国科技领先起着关键作用。本文梳理总结了美国能源部国家实验室的发展历史、定位和现状,以劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室为例对美国国家实验室的管理体制和运行机制进行了分析。The national laboratory is the core of American science and technology development,and plays a key role in keeping the United States’leading position in science and technology field.This paper summarizes the history of how U.S.national laboratories developed,and analyzes the management system and operation method of U.S.national laboratory by example of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
