摘　　要：文章介绍了中安联合煤化有限责任公司SGPE工艺装置采用北京化工研究院开发的BSG催化剂进行首次高熔指牌号M2750生产的情况。对试用过程中的催化剂性能与装置运行情况进行分析对比。结果表明,国产BSG催化剂与国产SGPE工艺装置适配性良好,可以高效平稳生产高熔指树脂牌号。This paper introduces the first production of high melt index M2750 by using BSG catalyst developed by Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry in SGPE process unit of Zhong-An United Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd..The performance of the catalyst in the trial process with the operation of the unit was analyzed and studied.The results show that the domestic BSG catalyst has good adaptability to the domestic SGPE process unit,and can produce high melt index resin grade efficiently and stably.
