摘　　要：高温敏化型乳化炸药药卷敏化质量受乳化基质料体质量、敏化温度、冷却水池水温、药卷浸水时长、药卷敏化与浸水前时差、药卷出水后皮带运行平稳性等因素的影响。但冷却水池水温是直接影响药卷内在质量的一个重要因素,为此,作者在文中研究了一种能实现水池水温调节的温控装置技术改进建议方案,作为相关企业技术改造的参考。The sensitizing quality of high temperature sensitive emulsion explosive coil is affected by the mass of emulsion Matrix,the sensitizing temperature,the temperature of cooling water pool,the soaking time,the time difference between the sensitizing and the soaking time,and the stability of the belt after the discharging of the coil.However,the water temperature of the cooling water tank is an important factor that directly affects the internal quality of the roll.In this paper,the author also studies a technical improvement proposal for the temperature control device which can realize the water temperature regulation of the cooling water tank,as a reference for the technological transformation of related enterprises.
