摘 要:针对铅酸电池厂含铅工业污泥难以脱水减量的问题,本研究采用电化学高级氧化方法对污泥进行了预调理,探究了调理电压和调理时间其对后续电渗透脱水减量化效果的影响。结果表明:电化学高级氧化法预处理污泥可以加强后续含铅工业污泥电渗透脱水工艺的减量化效果,但调理时间并不是越长后续脱水效果越好,在预先调节污泥体系pH值为3.0,并以4.5 V电压调理12 h的操作参数下,后续电渗透脱水可实现污泥71.26 wt.%的减量化效果。The lead-containing industrial sludge as a by-product in lead-acid battery plant is difficult to dewater and realize volume reduction.In this study,the electrochemical advanced oxidation method was applied to pretreat the sludge,and the effects of conditioning voltage and processing time on the subsequent electro-dewatering performance were explored.The results show that the pretreatment of sludge by electrochemical advanced oxidation method can enhance sludge electro-dewatering reduction performance.However,extended conditioning time did not necessarily promote subsequent electro-dewatering performance.Under the operating parameters of pre-adjusting the pH value of the sludge system to 3.0 and conditioning at 4.5 V for 12 h,the subsequent electro-dewatering process can achieve 71.26 wt.%sludge mass reduction.
