摘  要:随着城市的快速发展,城市用水量不断增加,无处理量逐年增加,污水处理厂每年的污泥总量也在不断的增加,大量的污泥需要妥善的处理处置。污泥深度脱水技术是通过物理、化学等技术手段将含水污泥中的水分去除,将其转化为固态或半固态的一种重要处理技术。围绕化学调理脱水、高压隔膜板框深度脱水、电渗透板框污泥深度脱水、生物沥浸深度脱水、超声波深度脱水等深度脱水技术介绍了污泥深度脱水技术原理,总结了不同脱水方式研究进展情况。结合我国污泥处理处置中存在的问题,对污泥深度脱水技术的发展趋势与应用前景进行分析与展望,以期促进城市污水污泥深度脱水技术的创新与发展。The amount of sludge in urban sewage treatment plant is increasing gradually,and a large amount of sludge needs proper treatment and disposal.Deep dewatering of sludge is an important treatment method for sludge dewatering into semi-solid or solid mud.This paper introduces the principle of sludge deep dehydration technology around chemical conditioning dehydration,high pressure diaphragm plate and frame deep dehydration,electroosmosis plate and frame sludge deep dehydration,biological leaching deep dehydration,ultrasonic deep dehydration,and summarizes the research progress of different dehydration methods.Combined with the existing problems in sludge treatment and disposal in China,the development trend and application prospect of sludge deep dewatering technology are analyzed and prospected,in order to promote the innovation and development of municipal sewage sludge deep dewatering technology.
