摘 要:利用超声预处理造纸剩余污泥后接种瘤胃微生物厌氧发酵产酸,研究了不同超声功率和超声时间结合条件下超声预处理对造纸剩余污泥和后续厌氧发酵产酸的影响。超声处理后,污泥结构被破坏,粒径减小。超声最佳工艺条件为功率540 W、处理时间40 min。污泥上清液中氨氮、还原糖、蛋白质和溶解性化学需氧量分别为221.69、838.24、2 928.45和3 928.00 mg/L,和原始污泥相比,分别提高了13.9、24.3、23.1和29.5倍。对最佳超声处理条件下污泥样品接种瘤胃微生物,与空白样相比,挥发性脂肪酸产量提高了91.67%。研究结果表明超声预处理可以有效提升瘤胃微生物厌氧消化造纸剩余污泥的产酸量。Paper mill excess sludge was pretreated by ultrasound and inoculated with rumen microorganism to produce acid via anaerobic fermentation.Effects of ultrasonic power and time on solubility and physical microstructure of paper mill excess sludge were studied.The structure of sludge was destroyed after pretreatment.The optimal ultrasonic pretreatment conditions were listed as the following:540 W power for 40 min.Under the optimal conditions,the yields of ammonia nitrogen,reducing sugar,protein and dissolved chemical oxygen demand in the supernatant of sludge were 221.69,838.24,2 928.45 and 3 928.00 mg/L,respectively,which were increased by 13.9,24.3,23.1 and 29.5 folds of the raw sludge.In comparison with the controlled sample,the yields of volatile fatty acids from the sludge samples were increased by 91.67%,which was firstly ultrasonic treated under the optimal conditions and then inoculated with rumen microorganism.The results showed that ultrasonic pretreatment could effectively improve the acid production from paper mill excess sludge via anaerobic digest by rumen microbial.
