摘 要:采用自由基聚合方法制备PVDF-g-PDMAEMA接枝共聚物,通过L-S相转化法制备具有CO_(2)刺激响应性的PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA共混超滤膜。通过FT-IR和1H NMR考察接枝物的化学结构,用SEM、水接触角和超滤实验考察超滤膜的形貌、亲水性能和CO_(2)的刺激响应性。PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA膜对CO_(2)具有显著的刺激响应性,在CO_(2)气氛下共混膜的纯水通量低于N_(2)气氛下水通量最大值的10%,通过交替曝气N_(2)/CO_(2),转换PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA膜的亲水性/疏水性,可以有效清洗膜表面的蛋白质污染。The PVDF-g-PDMAEMA copolymer was synthesized by free radical polymerization,then used as raw material to prepare the PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA blend membrane with CO_(2)-responsive behavior through the L-S phase inversion method.The chemical structure of PVDF-g-PDMAEMA copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.The morphology,hydrophilicity and CO_(2)-responsive behavior of PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA blend membrane was characterized by SEM,water contact angle and ultrafiltration experiments.The pure water flux of the blend membrane under CO_(2) atmosphere was significantly lower than that under N_(2) atmosphere,confirming that the PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA membrane owned significant CO_(2)-responsive behavior.By alternating N_(2)/CO_(2) aeration,the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of PVDF/PVDF-g-PDMAEMA membrane could be converted,which could effectively remove the protein contamination on the membrane surface.
