摘　　要：目的通过对厦门地区的中药饮片处方用名和调剂给付现状进行调查,总结了厦门地区的用药习惯并拟定解决方案,为解决厦门地区中药饮片用药混乱情况提供一定的依据和参考,用以保证患者用药的有效性和安全性。方法使用调查法从医生、药师、厦门代煎中心和饮片供货公司入手,了解厦门地区医疗机构的处方用名和调剂给付情况。结果与结论总结了厦门地区中药饮片使用三大问题,并提出了解决办法,为相关部门制定厦门地区中药饮片使用规程提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE By investigating the current situation of prescription name and dispensing payment of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiamen,this paper summarizes the medication habits in Xiamen and then formulates solutions,so as to provide a certain basis and reference for solving the confusion of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiamen,which can ensure the effectiveness and safety of patients′medication.METHODS Using the method of investigation to understand the prescription name and dispensing payment of medical institutions in Xiamen from doctors,pharmacists,Xiamen decocting center and decoction supply company.RESULTS and CONCLUSION This paper summarizes the three major problems in the use of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiamen,and puts forward the solutions,so as to provide a reference basis for relevant departments to formulate the rules for the use of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiamen.
