摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对新型隐球菌肺炎患者开展药学服务的方式与作用。方法回顾临床药师参与1例新型隐球菌肺炎患者的抗感染治疗过程,分析临床药师在抗菌药物品种选择、药物相互作用、药学随访等方面提供的药学服务。结果临床药师全程参与药物治疗并实施药学监护与药学随访,患者抗真菌治疗效果明显,无不良反应发生。结论临床药师为患者提供药学服务,可提高患者用药依从性,保证患者用药的安全性与有效性,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE To explore the ways and effects of pharmaceutical care for patients with Cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia by clinical pharmacists.METHODS This paper reviews the participation of clinical pharmacists in the anti-infective treatment of a patient with Cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia,and analyzes the pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists in the selection of antimicrobial agents,drug interaction,pharmaceutical follow-up,etc.RESULTS Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of drug treatment and carried out pharmaceutical care and pharmaceutical follow-up.The effect of antifungal treatment was obvious and no adverse reactions occurred.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care for patients,which can improve patients′drug compliance,ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients′medication,and promote clinical rational drug use.
