摘 要:目的分析银杏叶提取物注射液临床应用中发生的药物不良反应(Adverse drug reactions,ADR)的规律和特点,为安全用药提供参考。方法检索维普、CNKI、万方数据库收录的银杏叶提取物注射液致ADR的病例报道进行分析。结果收集银杏叶提取物注射液ADR文献报道24篇,涉及56例。男33例(58.93%),女23例(41.07%);年龄以60岁以上老年人居多(66.07%);69.64%发生在用药后1 h内,ADR累及系统/器官最多的是心血管系统(26.88%),其次是皮肤及其附件(21.51%)、全身性症状(17.20%)。结论应加强银杏叶提取物注射液用药监测,确保临床用药安全性。OBJECTIVE To analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in clinical application of Ginkgo biloba extract injection,and to provide reference for safe drug use.METHODS Case reports of ADR caused by Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection were searched and analyzed in VIP,CNKI and Wanfang databases.RESULTS 24 literatures about ADR of Ginkgo biloba extract injection were collected,involving 56 cases.33 males(58.93%)and 23 females(41.07%).The age is more than 60 years old(66.07%).69.64%occur within 1 hour after administration,the most systemic/organs are the cardiovascular system(26.88%),followed by skin and its accessories(21.51%),systemic symptoms(17.20%).CONCLUSION Monitoring of Ginkgo biloba extract injection should be strengthened to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
